GRANT PROJECTS

    Home GRANT PROJECTS

    GRANTED PROJECTS

Our Mission is to empower students for a successful future through enhanced educational opportunities, programs, facilities, and activities within the 549 School District.

Teachers in the district come up with projects varying from new playground equipment to field trips to technology. Once they have a project in mind, teachers can apply for a grant from 549 Family Foundation. Our advisory council reviews grant requests periodically throughout the year and award grants to the best projects.

We typically look for projects that are the most unique or have the biggest impact on the largest number of students. We are proud to continue providing funds that not only provide educational tools for students, but also encourage teachers to continue to be innovative in their instruction.
