One of our first grants of the 2021-2022 school year was granted to Jena Rosemore at Heart of the Lakes Elementary for Dash Robot accessories.
Jena Rosemore explains that “Dash” is a real robot that allows students to learn about programming and coding. Dash responds to voice, sound, dancing, singing, and specific movements. Dash correlates with 5 free iPad apps to help students understand and develop programming and coding skills at the upper elementary age levels. The accessory kits enhance student skills and contain attachments such as a bulldozer bar, a tow kit, and a launcher for the Dash robot.
Every student at HOTL will have the opportunity to use these accessory kits as they explore the curriculum in Ms. Rosemore’s classroom.
